What the regular cleaner knows that nobody wrote down
After a few months, a cleaner is carrying a great deal of undocumented knowledge. Which lift accepts the after-hours pass. Which floor has a meeting room that is always still in use at seven. Which director prefers their desk untouched. Where the bin store key is actually kept as opposed to where it is supposed to be. None of that appears in a scope, and all of it matters on the night someone else attends.
Capturing it is not a large exercise. It is a single page written during mobilisation and updated when something changes, kept where the covering cleaner will get it before they arrive rather than filed somewhere central. The test of it is simple: could someone who has never seen this building work a full shift from this page without calling anyone. If not, it is not finished. Most of what makes a building easy to work sits on that single page.
